ANTLERS & IVORY EVENT

WNC Friends of the Elk, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public, charitable, non-profit organization whose committee members work to raise funds to assist local areas that are frequently visited by the elk, increasing the number of food plots for example. We strive to protect and enhance the experiences of people viewing our herds of elk and keeping both the wild animals and the people safe.

We are planning our “ANTLERS & IVORY Event’ for a Saturday in July, 2027 where you will have the opportunity to visit with other elk lovers, have a delicious meal, join in raffles for firearms, a large General Raffle, a limited number of outstanding Live Auction items, and simply enjoy a fun evening with family and friends.  We will be sharing a “Save the Date” message by email as soon as plans are finalized.  Please give us a call or submit  the contact form to be sure we have your correct email address and other important information.  Your information will not be shared with other organizations.

All tables seat 10 people.  You may purchase 10 meals and list on your registration form the names of the people sitting at your reserved table.  Or you may purchase individual or couple meals and note on your registration form that you would like to be “Seated with” and list the names of friends so that a table is reserved for you and that group of friends.  Those friends would need to purchase their own meals and submit a registration form with payment.  All registration forms will require the name(s) of the person(s), addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and method of payment.

No tickets will be sold at the door.  Please register and purchase your meal tickets and raffle tickets online if that is convenient for you.  If you want to register and pay by check via the USPS, you can print the registration form and mail it and the check to the person designated on the form. Cash is also welcome; just don’t mail it.  We look forward to seeing you at our new “ANTLERS & IVORY Event”.
